He did it for his game, I'm asking for all hosts to make it a priority again jTWG or TWG.

        Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.

I think this whole "let's make a lot of rules because now we have people who can" thing is pretty stupid. Host discretion works very well, considering they can limit their game and what goes on during it a hell of a lot more effectively than people who are actually a part of it. If any rules are added, I strongly believe that they should be procedural and not limit the host's powers at all, only make pre/post game run smoothly and quickly.

About the BDN situation: You didn't receive a PM saying "you're a wolf," so at that time you were NOT a wolf. They fucked up by telling you. As far as I'm concerned, it's the same thing as if the wolves said "lawl killing x" 5 minutes before night is over, and the guard changing his pm. Perfectly reasonable.

I agree completely. The reason this thread was created wasn't to revamp the way TWG is run, it is simply to adress any problems as they come up.

If there is an issue that must be dealt with, or one that could significantly improve the game, it should be brought here.

          Nothing else.

            TWG Offense Lengths:
            1st offense: Two game ban
2nd offense: Double original two game ban (Four game ban)
Every repeated offense after the second offense will be doubled.

            Offenses are invalid as follows:
10 people or less: 10 posts contributing to the game
11-20 people: 15 posts contributing to the game
21-30 people: 20 posts contributing to the game
31-40 people: 35 posts contributing to the game

              wtf

              the ban length seems reasonable.

but we really can't set regulations on what deserves a ban, it should be analyzed for every person.

The ban length is fine, But It's the same issue we discussed before.

This also isn't banworthy, just because they haven't met a quota.

I would say though If it's day 3, and someone has no worthwhile game influencing posts (even if they have 20 posts) thats worth a ban, because all that person is doing is postwhoring.

Each situation is different, so I think we need to talk a look at each one and assess it from there.

Is it agreed that it is mandatory for start times to be set in every sign up thread?

Question: What is the current status with jTWG?

                        Postponed until 01/07 or 01/14.

I don't know for sure, but I think that's what was talked about.

Basically, a lot of players dropped off over winter break, so we're waiting for interest to build up again before starting another jTWG.

                            One qualm with signup times.

                            5PM EST = midnight GMT
                            9PM EST = 4AM GMT.

Not eactly helpful for me, i don't tend to be on at 12 o clock at night, i know i am tonight but its not a regular thing!! Signups should be set to accomodate worldwide time zones, not just US zones.

If hosts spread their sign up times out more, It would be better.

Personally I try to use 12:00 Noon and 7:00 PM EST.

                                Any suggestions?
