im just driving home the point that THERE ARE BETTER THINGS TO DO AT SHOWS THAN MOSHPIT. all it is is just people pushing people around with an occasional punch or kick to the face. id rather fight instead.

lol, early CoB's song composition is far better than those of all the other bands you listed (although kudos to CCR and the Beatles for their legacy).

Also, my tastes range from classical to black metal. I'm not trying to fit in a trend either. I just enjoy the music. "I listen to such a wide variety of music, you cant even comprehend"... Well, clearly, and according to this thread, we all think our choice of music is the best. This doesn't even have anything to do with what the girl asked. She asked if we knew any bands like Fall Out Boy, Boys Like Girls, and Hellogoodbye. I mean, feel free to suggest some alternative music that she could listen to, but it's just ridiculous to argue about what people like. I'm one of those "emo fags," but I don't listen to that kind of music to fit into some kind of trend or blahblah, I listen to it because I enjoy it.

Well, I think it's just because of the obvious nature of the answer to her question... I mean, turn on your TV, you'll see plenty of bands like fallout boy.

Yeah but see you're one of the few though..maybe I'm acting too elitist with my music but I just don't like this new style of music, culture and naive teenagers these days...it just isn't my cup of tea.
