Funny how it's okay for you to post about Halo 3, but the moment I want to detail my launch experience in a thread of my own, Squeek shuts it down and points me to another thread.

Same, I was asking why the rating was changed so you had to be 18 to buy the game. He just locked it even though it wasn't a discussion about the game itself. I found out that the dude was just being a dick anyways, hope he got fired.

i thought it was bad when halo 2 came out...
couple friends of mine in undergrad camped out all night to get it, then didn't go to class or to sleep for two days until they beat it.

2 days wtf? I'm not even a hardcore gamer and I beat it in around 6 hours. I was just playing and out of nowhere it ended.

This was my experience of the game "1 was pretty fun, hardly played 2, but lets try 3" *starts game* *gets drawn into missions where all my soldiers seem to run away or die instantly, and then ordered to infiltrate all these buildings on my own to kills hundreds of guys alone* Then I found myself at the end of the game right when I was getting into it..

What is Halo? Yah I play fps games a lot and could care less about Halo.

I have no reason to purchase Halo 3 yet. Too much haste right now, what with everybody else wanting it. I don't even have a 360 yet.

i might be the only person who thinks halo multiplayer is more fun when you try your absolute best to piss people off...

i don't suck either. it's just more fun to well, have fun.

That shows all of the three records Halo 3 broke from the previous Halo 2. If that's not enough to show you how much Halo 3 is loved, I am not sure what is.

My cousin Pre-Ordered the Legendary Edition of Halo 3; "130$!" He's really lucky. I guess I might be able to try it sometime
