Its all about index. dfjk keys are ok for some songs but all in all im going to stick with index. HARG.

Whatever, I'm a team player, so I'll participate. I play onehanded three fingers on arrows and secondary style of index on arrow keys. I've tried four finger spread, but I have trouble on awkward jumps and I can't do anything faster than 8th runs.
