Well yea, its just one arrow.
SM could easily make a mistake in counting the arrows. I know if you play something like new folder and put fail off, don't hit any arrows, often the total number of misses isn't always the same. Autoplay can also make mistakes in certain conditions, so after 30 rounds of quasar its bound to make one counting blurb.
