The reason there's missing arrows on oni (I think) is because oni mode counts jumps to your combo as 1.
But if that's not what you mean, then I have no clue.

21802 Marv + 3092 Perfect + 210 Great + 103 Good + 57 Boo + 175 Miss = 25439 Arrow counts.
Remember that these were your counts on the results screen, so jumps won't matter because they're already been counted as 1.
25439 is not divisible by 30. 25440, however, is (848). 1 of your arrows went poof.
