Need help with a simfile.

So, I wanted to make a simfile for a song, but I got about halfway through and decided not to since it is time consuming. I need some help making a really awesome simfile for my friend from this song --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSAI5WFtKxI

+I want it to be decent. I make maps, not simfiles.

this isn't so much 'need help with a simfile' as 'do it for me'

edit: were you after a pad level, easy keyboard level or hard keyboard level for this? just out of curiousity since I doubt I'll do this, I see a few things I could exploit but not sure if it's enough to get over my hatred of technoooo
