Ok themes help

Ok i have seen this theme were there are these anime characters in the background anyone know where i can get this..? hopefully not bemainstyle but whatever just tell me please i have seen this theme every where and is it for 4.0 or 3.9?? im probably a totaly noob for psoting this

I dunno, maybe you're talking about Projekt AOI? It's the one I use, but only because it feels more official than someone else's anime theme.
