I've been made aware of some legal writings in-regards to miHoYo & HoYoverse's Intellectual Properties and use-case regarding non-commercial use of their music of which spans across Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Honkai Impact 3rd. All of which are copy-pastes each unto themselves in select locations:

Essentially:

We are allowed to use their musical works given we credit miHoYo / HoYoverse, provide a stipulation stating 'all rights reserved' on the wiki when we link to the musician and their work, we stay non-commercial, and are not selling/distributing especially in a commercial sense. They also retain rights to revoke usage at any time (which is similar application to our permissions currently with Riot Games content, and OcReMix music).

We are not allowed to use music that contains vocals without also getting permission from the particular voice-over supporter of the language/version that we are obtaining the sample from. If the song you use from them includes vocals, make sure to include permission from the vocalist for that language, whether English, Japanese, or another.
