FFR R^3 Air Edition -> Options -> Visual & Game Modifiers -> Noteskin, Edit Custom Noteskin -> Import JSON
This is a pastebin link, copy this pastebin, and paste it in the box for the JSON.
Press Enter, Press Save, play song. Set language to TC_Halogen for maximum TC_Halogen.
