I can't help but notice that all the people that have responded to this have something like 2000 posts and at least twice that for games played. This is the minority of FFR users. You think all 1,000,000+ users have played that much? I don't know the stats myself but I have a pretty good idea that something like 10,000 of those (1% for the lay man) have even played 1,000 songs. I'm pretty sure PA means something along the lines of acing a song, but the number of people who actually ace songs that are challenging or harder is probably in the hundreds, since I'm ranked about 3000 and I can't do it.

Actually the people who have said no so far are overall ranked: 33, 13, 620, 6, and 2. The average rank of these folks is 135, and 135/1,021,000 = Top 00.0132% Not exactly what you might call a random sampling.
