This was really as hard as I could do the middle without a continual jumpstream, which would just be gay (like the heavy jumpstream part of Silence the entire song).

The middle has a good deal of stuff going on, you could definitely have made it harder than it is without making it all jumpstream.

I actually really hated this song.
I dunno why... the general song was boring. Didn't even remind me of Tetris...
Steps were... meh. There've been worse, but there've definitely been better...
My general opinion.

I think I'm the only person who thinks that the Tetris music does not mix well with the background percussion.
And the steps were... interesting. I don't hate them, I just don't really like the music.

You're definitely not. I can say straight out that that was among the worst percussion I've ever heard that wasn't intentionally bad.

Speaking of the percussion, I find it funny that terrible simfile makers tend to utterly ignore the percussion and step only the main melody, like here.

Well that would fit this trainwreck of a song, given that the percussion here is a loop of lol stream same exact pattern over and over again with no fills whatsoever

It would help if the percussion was actually interesting, but the steps were still quite bad. About what I expected from FFR though, given the lack of quality in the vast majority of its files.

I've heard this before years ago. The original tetris song to this on N64 has to be my favorite arcade song ever next to the song for the dark moon caverns level in Diddy Kong Racing. I pwnd that game. You probably have no idea what I'm talking about so moving on...You gotta love the simple things in life and staring at big combos. I'm gonna stick my neck out there and say I like it and support it unlike the rest of you even though I like the original much better.

Not to mention that the percussion itself wasn't exactly well synergized. I literally cringed when I heard the kick on a woofer. Overall, the song needs compression, EQ cleanup, and less dependency on FXs. Wispy noises are wispy!
