        You can sleep with someone without having sex with them.

        At least, I'm pretty sure I never had sex with any friends when I slept in the same bed as them.

                lol, the game is fun, and thats all that matters. also as IAAW said, the rating never stops anyone from renting it, or buying it. it's your choice to do that "stuff" on that game. GTA is now the only game in the world at present rated A, and there is absolutely nothing bad about killing hookers!!! lol
                anyway rockstar has pushed the limits ever since they became. just like south park. people are complaining about video games when they don't know their kids are watching stuff 10x worse on tv.

                        In GTA San Andreas 2 player mode...pick two guys and get close to each other and press L2 (or whatever button it says, it says press L2 to kiss) then the two guys you picked Kiss... IM NOT LYING AT ALL... and they just gave GTA a M rating

                            Pretty sure they gave San Andreas an M rating a while ago for different reasons.
