This is directly only for cartoons only. All of this Adult Swim and Toonami junk is all bull****. They are not apart of CN. Adult Swim is now it's own entity but just on the same channel. The same basically goes for Toonami. If I had to judge solely on cartoons I found worth my time and life, Nick had me during the 90's until now. CN was a nice distraction but Nick definitely was better. Nowadays, both channels suck so this argument is no longer valid.

Well back in the day nick used to be on top. It has shows like; legend of hidden temple, rocko, guts etc. But now it just sucks. And now that cartoon network has adult swim there is no contest.

I think it is agreed that toonami and AS do not count as CN. One thing though, as of right now, each of them only have about 2 good shows on air. Nick - invader zim, possibly fairly odd parents. CN - Fosters and probably Grim adventures. If you are talking overall, Nick has come out with more of the 'better' shows compared to AS. Of course some of the CN shows outrank some of the nick ones, nick still has the lead. To wrap it up, both of them have pretty much gone downhill but they have both had a good run.
