Wow, you two shoulda just went to Chat. I'm a Noob at FFR,but I use two hands both pointer fingers. It works pretty well,I can't do the triples (keyboard won't do it).I can't do flight of the bumblebee. I can't see anyone doing that perfect (Screenshot anyone?).For that song I just keep pressing the doubles really really fast, but still don't get past half the song. I'm not very good,I never got more than 12 credits for a song..but practice makes perfect.P.S.-Why did you reply to yourself?
i need help on how to play

You're right, just a regular idiot. There's a n00b forum for a reason. You're safe there. I can't flame you there. But anywhere else is fair game. Watch your step, and don't ask stupid questions like this.m not a computer idiot thoughComment

I like the magic Eye things, they don't have enough books though.Originally posted by Brainmaster07Yeah. You know how you look at magic eye things? You try and like... look through the screen, not focus on it. I find doing that greatly increases how I do on a song. (For example, on something like the run on uber, I can get 50 marvs in a row while focusing I'd get like 20, then get 3 goods and perfect the rest.) And for where I look.My eyes are slightly dazed and almost unfocused while I stare at the area where the arrows are about to pass the big main arrows that are lined up at the top.

Way to prove your point. And I find it higher level thinking due to the fact that, hey, it is. I mean, it's no mean feat to play the game, but learning to play well, therein lies the thinking.Originally posted by VxDxTHIS ISN'T "HIGHER LEVEL THINKING" AT ALL DUMBASS.
I took Brains advice, and looked at the combo counter, and FC'd Zombie Room.
And your AV needs to fucking die.

SZR is frigging easy. I FC'd that after playing it maybe...4, 5 times. It's an easy song. Trust me, it's all due to practice. Maybe the reason you did better was that you believed you would, so you did...it's the placebo effect, it's been proven to work. You know, they'll give sick people fake meds, placebos, and they believe the medicine helps them so they get better. Whatever.I took Brains advice, and looked at the combo counter, and FC'd Zombie Room.
Ok, so maybe I was a little harsh. The point is, there is no secret to playing well. It's simply practice, and keep practicing. That's all there is to it.Comment

That didn't help for me, although I don't really care because I can FC it anywayI took Brains advice, and looked at the combo counter, and FC'd Zombie Room.

imo, the skill of the game is not being able to hit the arrows, but the ability to read them. so some use 1 hand and others use 2, but its really just preference and ability to read patterns, and of course reaction time.
and eventually u dont have to think at all.. ur fingers just become one with your eyes and just do what they gotta do.Comment

I think the game would be alot better if the arrows hit to the beat of the music. And some combos make little to no sense (sometimes one beat of the drum has you do like a 5 arrow combo). I also hate when the song ends and the arrows are still falling. Brainmaster, you're totally right. I never focus my eyes when playing. My fingers for some reason just do these crazy ass combos perfect when I don't focus.Comment
