Because Laharl seems to me to be the type of person who would buy into something like that.

I don't mean to say that playing the guitar is an inherently negative thing, there are some really creative and interesting guitar players, I just mean to say that 99% of guitar players have no originality or interest in outside-the-box thinking whatsoever.
Thus, they choose to play the electric guitar. The instant-popularity machine, played by hundreds of thousands of unoriginal tools, ridiculously included in probably over 80% of all modern popular music, with an incredibly whored-out sound that most people never get past and never will.

The E-Minor pentatonic will make you rich.

I know why you think so. People spend their time rewriting a song. They change a few notes here and a few notes here. Now they think they are great musicians. Wrong. Now if Laharl uses scales and modes and can actually keep his songs in key I don't see a problem with this. I wrote this one song with 3 keys before I knew wtf I was doing and I couldn't solo over it. So I did the non-n00b thing. I scrapped it. I didn't make up some Smells Like Teen solo variation. I'll take some pics later with my webcam I guess. Of me eating.

I liked the something one more (shown next), but they were a smaller band. Local maybe.









Mmm asians. We saw this really pretty one on the way back from Anime Evolution on the sky train and we asked to take a picture of her.
