Tried the other 5 Chrono, got nothing...did get a 314 combo once. It's REALLY hard to get 314 though.

i just find it hard to believe that not only have 276 other people nailed that minijack to one handed trill, they've done it with a better PA.

The 46 jumpjacks are really important. Hitting them (well) vastly improves your rank.

the problem is that i hit them every time i **** up the beginning stream

and every time i nail the stream, i miss the jacks

Chrono is just a really, really uncoventional song. It's like Hellbeat or Nova Pulser in that to do well on it you have to not hit the arrows as they appear, but hit them in the way that gives you the best score.

nah, not really.

Hellbeat, for instance, goes like this:

6246246244262

If you actually hit that pattern like you would in SM, you are guaranteed to either miss on the minijack or get a hilarious number of goods around the minijack. But if you hit the pattern like this:

6246246104262

you can get away with only a good on the minijack, which is unavoidable anyway.

So you can't always hit patterns in FFR how they look and get the optimal score...sometimes you have to be trickier.

Quite happy about that last one

Also, not AAA but decent rank....
