    Well I made a new version and took your advice, I decided to keep the rays but reduce their size and opacity, I removed the scanlines across the center and changed the text to match what you had told me.

                        Seems a bit monotone, I'd add yellow light with color balance or photo filter just to spice it up.
                        ++focal point would be nice, maybe brighten up that little spout in the middle and you got yourself a nice signature.
