I'd say Ayreon, Stream of Passion and Porcupine Tree, as it seems almost no one knows them, but then again, people may think they have enough attention already. Oh well. ^^;

Also: Results 1 - 10 of about 149,000 for Arjen Lucassen.

Ayreon gets a hell of a lot of attention, as does Steven Wilson in all of his projects. Porcupine Tree are huge, Blackfield are becoming well known, hell most people even know of I.E.M, Bass Communion and No Man's Land (all side projects of his). Next he is doing a collaboration with Opeth, that should be interesting, along with a new album this/next year.

Stream of Passion deserve more attention for having a woman who can give me ear sex everytime I listen to that album.

People who think these bands need more attention have something seriously wrong with them.

This thread is about underground bands, not extremely mega popular bands that you just happen to like.

I wouldn't even put the Afro Celt Sound System on my list because they're known worldwide. Seven Nations has been nominated for a grammy and has played on TV, so even they're questionable when it comes to attention (I still have yet to meet someone who listens to them).

Slainte Mhath, however, wow. As far as Celtic music goes, they've got their **** together, yet their CDs aren't even in print anymore. They could use a little more renown to make it proportionate to their quality.

their music videos are played on VH1 and there songs are played on the radio all the time. i think they have enough attention.
