pixel art? at www.itmorr.com, i have a whiteboard with some pretty amazing stuff on it. groupboard is pretty similar to paint. go there and click the load button on the applet to see some of the stuff people have made. they get pretty detailed.

edit--im thinking about getting rid of the whiteboard in a near future web site redesign.

Something I made. No, I'm not the NSMY maker or anything... just crop and paint. I'm gonna transparent it sooner or later, but if it needs to be removed, PM me, and I'll react ASAP.

Everything I do is in MSPaint, Transperancy is in Photoshop Elements, and animation is done in Image Ready from the imported frames that where done in MSP
