Red sign isn't fast, it just has alot of ****ing jumps. Take out every jump and I could do it just fine =P

edit: and you're right, i can't get the same scores you can on easier ****. IMO MA comes more naturally, some people have it, some people don't. yes it improves with practice, but only to a certain extent. speed on the other hand is built strictly on training. i believe everyone can build up their speed to even surpass most of stepmanias elite players, as long as the time is put in.


in closing, speed takes alot more skill then timing.

People can have limits with speed, too. I know plenty of people who have hit a wall where the just couldn't go any faster, so they stopped playing. And this wasn't a temporary wall, either. This was 6 months of not getting any faster.

And timing is a lot harder than you make it out to be. It's not a "some people have it, some people don't" thing. You have to work at being able to keep a steady beat, know when things are offsync, etc. Hitting all but 9 notes in a .01125 window is more impressive than 99% of the speed scores out there.
