if they did pass it im sure that one isp would stay against it thinking that they could get alot customers but then they would mot likely raise there prices

Wait... This only affects America?

So far, yes (if it passes)... but in the unlikely event that they decide to go through with this, it may spread to other countries as well. I could see China getting in on it to block things like Tiananmen Square and Civil Rights pages.

Or you could always just move to a smaller range ISP. Like we have a few state wide ISP's that arent very big. And Verizon sort of blows anyways.
