Are you stupid? Tool and Deftones get a hell of a lot of attention. Tool's new album was so anticipated that it sold hugely when it finally came out.

At the moment, three bands I think deserve more attention:

Axamenta - So many good albums already, their new album comes out soon.
Don Caballero - Very "technical" instrumental band.
and lololol Dragonforce.

Dragonforce are great, and few people have heard of them in MD, but they are on main stage for Ozzfest, meaning they are public.
I completely agree with Coheed and Cambria, Love all their CDs, even my parents like them.

Then look, can people be more specific. See in the UK, Dragonforce are well known, hugely well known, so are Coheed and Cambria.

How about from now on if you have a band you think deserve more recognition, add in where you actually think they deserve more recognition. Might stop the whole "but they are well known" debates.

1. Killing Joke, my friend's dad is lead guitar in that band, are pretty popular in England, toured with the Motley Crue.
2. System of a Down, they are so awesome, they have best music in rock. Go to systemofadown.com to check them out.
3. Coheed and Cambria, considered metal, even though they are more like light rock, lol. They have great lyrics and sound. I think website is coheedandcambria.com
