I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.
I've always said that the staff isn't active enough in moderating the forums.
And about the ban evading accounts thing: I just think it's stupid to not ban someone who is OBVIOUSLY someone ban evading, regardless of what the ban was for in the first place or how long ago the ban was put into effect.

If they're actually being funny in doing so and not hurting anything...
Then you'd quite honestly be a goddamned fuckbrained idiot to even care.
There is such a thing is authoritative discresion.
Rules should never, ever, EVER be exceptionless. It is NOT irrelevent whether or not they're hurting anything by ban-evading, because if they're not hurting anything and are, in fact, contributing to the funny, there's no reason why they shouldn't be posting. If they're being irritating little bastards, there's a problem.
Common sense overrules preset rules. If there's no reason for a rule to be enforced under a certain circumstance, then it shouldn't be.
Rules exist to keep the forum under control. If a rule-breaker isn't threatening the forum, there is no problem.
