Also, Halo, and first person shooters in general are WAY overrated. The whole genre is overrated. Halo is so overrated it's sickening.

They are and they aren't.
Yes they are both first person shooters.
They are extremely different gameplay styles though, and you can't compare the quality of games with such drastically different gameplay styles. There are people who hate CS because the gameplay is too slow for them, and there are people who hate UT/Halo for it's lack of realism and such. So it's not an objective question at all. It's just asking "which style of play do you prefer?"
If I were to ask you which is a better game, StepMania (using your fingers) or DDR, what would you base your answer on?

Morrowind is the best and yes its a FPs well not all shooting but u get bows and magic and its an RPG so it has 2 things going for it so it owns all no questions asked and no debating cause it wins and you cant change facts

3 whole games to choose from that really arn't anywhere near the best.

Halo: It's alright, but it is very overrated. Seems like it's only popular because Xbox fanboys go wild over it because it's one of the stand-out titles.

UT2K3: It's not bad either, but I think it's a little overrated as well. I mean, it's so fast and easy to kill someone, you could almost just jump around pressing the mouse button and you'd probably shoot at least 10 people in a game. One of the best parts would be when you die, the whole rag doll effect your corpse does.

Counter-Strike: I really don't see what everyone sees in this game. I found it boring as hell. Everyone goes crazy over it for some reason.
