trills don't work, my mouse doesn't respond fast enough and I don't even break 100.

hell if it would respond right I could I'd do rolls on it and get like 600 rofl

EDIT: I'm trying to own the Challenge mode by getting to the "you would never be here if you played the game seriously" screen with a perfect score. I think it's actually possible. The only annoying part is the stupid beginning when the buttons are like 95% obscured and you can't really do it fast.

EDIT2: rofl owned. It's my basement computer so all I can do is bitmaps but you get the point.

I got 260 with one finger. I really slow down after about 10 seconds. My mouse doesn't register trills that well i could probably do 300 just because i wouldn't lose stamina.

I think this might have more to do with how fast your mouse responds. And using two fingers seems like cheating... i thought we were all going to use one.
