No, for two reasons:

1) I'd be way too embarrassed. I don't like people looking at me too much (except on Halloween) and that's just asking for it.

2) I'd get arrested. My underwear does NOT conform to the public decency rules.

On Halloween I wore nothing but my boxers to a huge party. I live on campus, so yes.

Almost everyone in our school showers after Gym class, so it's common for guys to run around naked in the locker room all the time.

As for wearing underwear through school, I'm sure most people would do it, and it's not that big of a deal.

Of course I would wear underwear around all day. It's not too much worse than wearing a bathing suit, after all.

At our Halloween costume contest in our school, three guys dressed up as Chip n Dales dancers. They were pretty funny. Needless to say, one of the guys ripped off his pants and shirt and began to dance. They brought some music along. He had on a speedo and a bowtie, and that's it. He wore it like that for about 20 minutes, literally. The guys entered the funniest costume contest but ended up winning the scariest. The principal and vp were judges, as well as other teachers. Most of the teachers were laughing hysterically, but the principal was shocked. I was lol

I'm not insecure around girls. I changed in the locker rooms without problems, and I've been naked quite often around my closest female friends (and some male ones).

However, I trust those friends. It's a lot more difficult for me to be naked in front of people I don't know, especially if it's a mixed (as in both sexes) crowd. It's even worse if there are people in that crowd whose respect I am trying to gain (in this example of school, teachers and professors and the like).

To sum it up: I don't care if Granny No-One sees me naked in the locker room at the swim club. I don't care if girls in my class see me half-naked in the locker room at school. (Or rather, I didn't, since I'm now out of high school.) I don't care if my close friends, female or male, or my boyfriends see me naked in the privacy of our own homes, rooms, pools, etc. I DO, however, care a great deal if I'm naked or half-naked or barely dressed, as is the case if I were just wearing underwear, at school, or at the mall, or at any other public venue that doesn't include Rocky Horror.

Back then in my elementary we could go to school with bathing suits on.
(Only in Smith) Haha.

And on halloween there were loads of guys from the near by college streaking =/ AND EGGING.
