Actually I dunno why they'd doubt it. I did it way back then and it isn't actually that hard. Now that I'm thinking about it dunno why I was doubting it cause it's not even much harder index :S. It's not like I use 4 fingers on the trills anyway :P you alternate between two obviously. Same with the 4x4x4x4x4x4 pattern thats mainly index. So 20 or so index shouldn't be that bad.
