I'm still stuck in 1.X because I refuse to skip story but also 1.X is such a slog that I can only do it a little at a time.

And because of that all my chats are stuck at lvl 40 or 50 because they made the amazingly immersive decision to lock character and weapon upgrade materials in the newest areas when the character releases.

Fun stuff. I personally am going to be skipping Hiyuki and getting probably trying to get Denia, but good luck to you.

Hate while I appreciate the effort that probably went into making that vote list I don't really like it.

That's not really what I want from you today. I want your own thoughts on how bens death has affected your reads, preferably with a before / after and logical progression. You wanted an info lynch, I think info lynches are terrible especially in a game with NO BLUE ROLES ahem.

Well you got what you wanted, I want to see that it actually mattered in some way and was just an excuse to push someone to their death and give yourself plausible deniability

Besides, I already said why I was fine with ben, it's because he interacted with everyone. I don't do d0 that hard, that's my way of finding use in it because y'all insist on doing it that way, and if it was up to me, I'd just have everyone unvote and kitb decide the d0 lynch. Botchi had no vote the entire phase and minimal interaction with a lot of players, so a ben mislynch > a botchi mislynch

therefore mislynching a player with fewer interactions than ben had and no voting pattern is worse than mislynching ben who had been doing stuff with everyone and had way more actual opinions to track and look back to, regardless of what the flip was

It kind of feels to me, like there is a division between the people who are actually caught up and people who are not, and I ... almost wish you guys who are not would be more helpful at figuring out who is being genuine with it since you relate to each other more probably?

The only analysis in this post that is kind of a new take to me is 400 (calling out bugkid re:worrying about insta) and 424 (shado agreeing with freezin re ben)

Here are some I guess amendments to these up to a certain point because I got bored after that

208 - "age badly" is referring to the fact that sun fan had unusually bad d0 reads in last game as town (it happens to everybody)

241 - he has already given more information on this multiple times (like including in the post shado is quoting in 563 I think)

266 - yeah that's kind of an important interaction in my opinion, that you do not seem to understand the context with, because Xel's accusation there was based on a false premise and then there was followup discussion about whether Xel's apology was AI

328 - I don't think there is a contradiction

342 - Ben wanted to vote me but there was no traction so went with bugkid, that is part of what got him sussed by DBP which you have miscategorised as a meme for some reason (359)

I think this goes to show exactly why information lynching on D0 isn't the best strategy--- for one, it creates perverse incentives (e.g. better to do nothing than to do something, since doing nothing gives no information on your death, so wolves would be incentivized to slack off D0)

I think a better strategy is to engage with the game directly and extract the information you actually need, instead of relying exclusively on player death and mechanical information
