Personally I do not know enough about how any particular person in the game makes kill choices to feel comfortable making it a focus of my analysis. I guess the fact that raeko died and Shadowgod is one person behind it, is reminding me of in TWG200, how T-Force was pushing for a FG kill a lot despite FG being mostly a threat to him. Not that I think it is bad to bring it up or anything, since it is not really an expected/10 kill. I just feel nihilistic about it

I decidedly do not like this post. I don't think it comes from a town mentality to make sure to clearly convey the possibility of lewdy being PR, which is how I'm reading "if he's anything other than vanilla town".

for reference, this was in response to my asking "Does [lewdy] have an issue posting as town?". For comparison, FFA also responded,

but implicitly does not bring up the vanilla/non vanilla issue. the "let's just say" is about as much of a hint as I'd be comfortable with in thread when it comes to PRs.

and then didn't mention lewdy for awhile. when the game started amping up again, they poked haku and xel a bit while keeping lewdy as a soft sus but always with a higher priority (and always contingent on zenith which is a fair vote but also an easy one)

I'm going to echo Haku here and suggest everyone ISO bugkid themselves and talk about their conclusions. I didn't want to quote too many posts and make this unreadable, but I think the ISO strongly hints at a w/w mentality with lewdy and would like other heads on this.

@bugkid you said to ask you if I had any questions. I don't really have any, but would like to see more of your own thoughts on stuff to get a better read. I saw one post in your ISO that identified the issue with lewdy and almost scrapped this post because your tone was so dead set on proving he's scum, then realized your post was made after flip. Which leads me to ask, did the issues in the post you pointed out to Haku bother you at all in D0, or what was your thought process there?

with that knowledge in mind, shado is pretty much clear, at least the conviction about "bug leaving the option for lewdy to be a PR"

whether or not he's right remains, but the sentiment itself is pro-town absolutely

sorry this sentence doesn't really make sense:

i know now that if town has a hunch about if someone might be a pr, we shouldn't give any inclination of that outright. however, by that original post, i didn't mean to insinuate that i believed him to a be a pr. i was mostly thinking to myself that it might be a possibility.

To be honest, I wish I was better as looking for it either way. It is bad to try to hang a special role D0. I just think it can be more harmful for town to speculate on it openly because wolves benefit most from that discussion.

I don't care if you PR hunt as town, I really don't

but making a post that effectively suggests that "Lewdy might be acting this way because he could be a PR" is -not- pro-town, because it reads as breadcrumbing a potential blue fakeclaim from Lewdy

I think Haku's pretty clear now, just perpetually confused and self-destructive town, which is the closest to a "town meta" I can ascribe to him

i do often forget that we aren't supposed to actively pr hunt here, or at least in this community any insinuation of "outing" someone as a pr is seen as anti-town behavior. if you really feel i'm scum for that small line, go ahead and lynch me. you're not going to get the answers you want lol

This felt like a deflection to me, because I do not think you can focus in on Haku's posts and also miss that Haku was confident about not being able to be here. So if the point was to pressure people who may not be hanged, expecting Haku to come back is wishful thinking.



Why is it fortunate it went through on Zenith? This feels like weird lip service - you were not voting Zenith or defending other options in opposition to Zenith.

I started posting those assuming that I had 2 more hours than I actually did. I was planning on voting for Zenith if he didn't come back before EoD; I just had EoD wrong

Yeah I haven't really seriously considered Wolf haku since like early d0 I just think the post was funny because of how bad the take ended up being

it's happened this game once earlier, I forget who it was, but it pissed me off then too
