I think overthinking and paranoia aside, I'm decidedly not comfortable lynching outside DBP/Haku. Bugkid has given me a better feeling today and given they've never wolved before I think there's an genuineness to their posts I don't think a beginner would nail. I think if I'm wrong on anyone in my town circle, it's FFA.

I think of those I'm going to want to resolve DBP. I've seen town eat itself up avoiding an obvious lynch too many times and I think I would rather lose to a wolf FFA actually playing the game than suffer another round of DBP

I'm gonna post a generally not thought-out, just based on hunches and minimal evidence reads list:

mellon_collie - raeko is acting like she usually does, nothing out of character fmpov

_Zenith_ - don't have hardly any info yet, so null for now

Lewdy - i also don't see lewdy as super out of character here, but he is posting much less than usual. i can buy his "trying to not be overbearing like usual" excuse but for now, this leaves me at only a slight town lean.

Wayward Vagabond - i'm not sure yet but my gut says town. needs more investigation on my end.

bugkid666 - sick

Hakulyte - haku seems to be acting like haku. nothing drastically out of character.

I actually totally agree with this. Xel is the type to continue the shtick regardless of whether or not it is helpful to town, as a townie. don't know if this inherently implies wolfy, but it felt weird to me before haku pointed it out.

ShadoWolfe - this is only a slight wolfy read because of the way he immediately jumped on my post trying to say i HAD to be town based on my bad take, despite me saying it was a weak take in my og post. probably will not vote for him today unless he says something insane, but will keep this in mind as we move along.

flashflash account - shady bug deal requires me to town read today. (but seriously, not acting particularly different than usual)

star_crossed - i don't remember how star plays as a wolf or as a town. she's certainly trying to be helpful and pulling most of the weight in terms of investigation, but that doesnt mean she's town imo. not sure yet, but leaning more town than wolf atm.

DaBackpack - this is only slight as well, especially considering i know this man has been dead asleep for 24 hours which is why he isn't posting. but also i feel like if he were town, he'd be a little more interested in nitpicking or at least actively observing despite it being d0. if he's a PR or a wolf, i imagine he would not necessarily feel as pressured to make informed posts just yet. maybe this is bullshit, idk how to read him in twg yet. (implying i know how to read anyone which i don't)

So we have a progression of town lean and defending, to as sus as xel, to being firmly in the wolf pile but I didn't see any progression other than shadow posting less = more wolf.

i have him at a slight wolf lean but am more concerned with lewdy at this moment. keeping my vote on zenith tho

i'm about as comfortable voting you as lewdy atm, but sticking with zenith unless he comes back and says something miraculous to save his ass

I don't think lewdy is being particularly coy and he usually fucks around d0 anyways. not a whole lot to go off of at the moment anyways.

alright so at least that's fairly in line with what i assumed? absolute bummer raeko died because she was my strongest town read.

is it worth it to try to figure out how lewdy died due to the laundry list of roles available? genuine question, I only half know how this setup works

as it stands right now i definitely see what star is saying about dbp and would like him to make less meme-y posts and provide some actual insight (talking about chris chan isn't insight smh). i do know he truly thought he had 2 more hours til eod.

that being said, i don't know how i feel about everyone's reliance on him to do the work. i know he goes apeshit over these sorts of things, but still he's not perfect.

i don't know how i feel about haku, but i'm also of a similar mindset as star where i don't see haku as a wolf more so than dbp. haku's vote on me is so random that i don't think a wolf would make that bad of a take.

ffa, xel and shado i don't really know at the moment. shado is maybe leaning more towards town but i couldn't tell you why. ffa seems normal. did he ever post a reads list? i can't remember. i feel like xel/lewdy as w/w would have been a lot more bantery and exciting, but who knows.

if star is a wolf i'll be surprised. no reason for her to put in that much work as a wolf, even if it was to keep up an image.

so, i don't think lewdy was acting OVERTLY out of character. this is if you believe his post about not wanting to be overbearing, which i took to heart. but the more time that went on, the more drastically out of character it was that he wasn't posting. from my experience, if lewdy is busy, he will still find time to post. and yes, by the end of d0, i did find him most suspicious, but i would have much rather gotten out an inactive player at that time and i still stand by that even after the flips. if lewdy hadn't been killed, i would have absolutely zeroed in on him today. i don't know if this answers your question but i hope it clarifies?
