'Show Accuracy Bar' under Game UI Visual settings. If you don't have such settings under Options, might wanna consider downloading the newest version of the game at https://www.flashflashrevolution.com/download/
After you have enabled the option, you can shift/move where it's placed during gameplay in 'Gameplay Editor'.
