Okay... I'm kind of caught up with this game here...

The complicated part is keeping up with the second game in real time...

I WAS thinking of a system for myself to stay organized like read this thread, post here... Go to the second game and read there and ping questions for the mirror players to answer.. But I'm not sure if it'll work

I wasn't sure what you meant by this, and if what I said is the simple version of what this is then I apologize. I was completely overwhelmed with everything happening so quickly in the discord and in here, and in the other thread that my brain shut off

The interesting thing about that is OOTC would probably be a bit better in this situation because you can ping people directly and get an answer from them there.

Agreed, it'll make less places to read stuff and it's better imho if posts/information is viewable by all (which is not the case for discord game chats)

Working with just the threads and dm'ing people on discord to "look at the thread" is probably more efficient than trying to keep up with two threads and a discord game chat.

I should note that there may be some value in 1-on-1 conversations but that's not what I'm discussing here...I'm just discussing about posting in the discord game chat.
