how do those xelnya and red blaster types of players usually play when they're a wolf?

They play like that either way from what I've seen, which is why I dislike that it looks like one of the major reasons for scumreading Chief happens to be that style of posting. It's more often than not that that reasoning gets them mislynched when they're town

Didnt hate it, but there just wasnt a desire to solve there, imo

i'm reminded of storn last game, who was upfront about not being in the right mindset to play one phase. if rolf is town then being honest about being too drained to put in the maximum effort seems like the right post to make, even knowing how risky it is for him to say. i also sense a bit of him maybe wanting to be lynched to some extent, presumably so there's less stress for him to deal with. a wolf would sooner ask for a replacement

Agreed, I feel like I need a galaxy brain to keep track of 20 people and all the interactions between them but I have a bird brain instead.


I mentioned it earlier, but I have trouble being confident in my own thoughts and turning them into reads. I feel like I tend to be wolf read early on in games (regardless of alignment) so I tend to be overly concerned with my own posts which seems to create an unfortunate self-fulfilling prophecy.

I also feel like the stakes are much higher when I post in situations such as these since I'm currently being wolfread and haven't been posting much before, so I know that my words will be more heavily scrutinized; I'm worried I'll say the "wrong" thing and accidentally dig myself deeper into the hole I'm in.

If that's where you're at, what about looking into the other people that are up next to you for the lynch? Since you're on the bottom, it might help you to look at other people on the bottom. Reads on players like Eugene are nice to see that you're thinking about others and the future of the game (if this makes sense), but I think looking at the ones at the bottom with you would help you the most right now.
I'm gonna look at your reads on Chief/Chrissy, and all those combinations of their reads on you and whatnot. I think you get what I mean. I'd throw in Mathilda, but I'm taking them off of my table for now.

did someone else use it earlier in the thread too? because i can't see a world where chrissy is someone clever enough to pretend to be inexperienced but then goes and uses an automatic program like that. how could you boot it up and not think to yourself oh shit, i should NOT be using this?

Still working my way through but so far I like Apollo and Eugene of course boomer.
Not sure how I feel about Julian or Flurry at the moment, still need to read into them more.
Wouldn't be opposed to Molly or Chief being up for today. Leaning a bit more towards Molly because Molly was fairly up there on the possibly being shot list and was on the wagon of shooting me. Maybe that sounds like stupid reasoning to you guys but idk I think that the wolves would have allowed the shot to go through if there wasn't a wolf that was kinda up on the list there and there's for sure people that are just using me as an easy target.

If it's tied to someone's personality, it can be really difficult to communicate in a completely different personality sometimes, so I understand it a bit here from Chief's POV. However, some of the responses have been partially detrimental to town's ability to search for info & reads. Should be at least accommodating to that imo.
