I will say this for Jake; lar being lar doesn't really lean me either way

you could even conceivably be right on him for the right reasons, I just don't think I'm ever going to catch him that way and I would be surprised but not shaken if there is a significant difference between confrontational wolflar and confrontational townlar

I'm not denying that it is objective fact. It just seemed that there was little to no benefit to posting the original fact in the first place. It just seemed strange to me that you'd want to bring up something and then have others not discuss about it.

I feel like I'm wasting my time with this though...it's still bugging me but it doesn't seem to be bothering anybody else so maybe I'm just being stupid or something <_>

basically i thought the joke was his idea of "playing the game" was just stating that one setup fact and leaving again

but yeah it doesn't really bother me that he thought we shouldn't talk about it, because speculation isn't really useful which is what blind was doing

nah, I get what you're saying

I've literally had the first post in a c9++ be me saying that there wasn't an inno child; sometimes people have a real hardon for setup stuff, especially in c9++.

If it matters its not going to be something I'm going to be able to catch someone on, but its def not at all helpful

I can /kind of/ read it in roundbox's voice and it /kind of/ feels like something he would feel like he needed to nip in the bud so I'm aite with it

I don't intend to stay on you but your defense here is well, shallow. Deflecting to other people having less posts doesn't really excuse yourself. If I voted Manti and he talked about you or raeko having low contribution too, how would you feel about that?

Being seen in the thread is not the same as reading/participating in the thread. I'm not too familiar with how active Gradiant is, but my main point was kind of centered around the latter part of your post because everyone is going to take into account his IC role when he posts anyways.

reading through wnb's short iso led me to some logic that I like and agree with
the former I feel is a pretty solid defense of his vote, calling out t-force's deflecting and not bringing a new case.
the latter is a new viewpoint brought to the whole "lar is being a jerk to the IC" and just feels like a good statement to me (I tried putting this into words but I failed)

Funnygurl's recent posts felt pretty okay to me, giving what I feel to be a transparent view of her worldview. I can't really tell if she really has it out for T-Force or still joking around right now

Reuben: I think he's a bit overly defensive toward Gradiant which is a bit weird, though nothing else stood out to me as too wacky.

Ind: I have no real reasons to believe he is anything but town atm

MML: Even though I didn't like his IC callout, I think confronting Gradiant felt towny.

sunfan: The bit after he starts to "play the game" felt very stream of consciousness almost so I think it's towny. I didn't really like his vote on me but I see why he did it. Ind's pickup of his interaction with WV early really incepted some spooky feelings in me but I'm still leaning towny for now.

WV: Despite posting a fair amount I don't feel like he's done all that much this game. I'd like you to elaborate on your view of the game soon. Leaning scummy atm.

however some of these reads aren't really reads. the read on FG is a bit wishy-washy on the t-force point, ind doesn't have any evidence to back it up, and wv is only called out as scummy because he has a high post volume but hasn't said anything? seems a bit weird after mentioning some other players in the beginning. wv just had a high volume of shitposts, the inactives he noted aren't


while the reads aren't all reads, I don't think this detracts from what I find towny about his statements
I don't think I want wnb dead today (not that I was advocating it in the first place)

At this point, it's not so much his post asking others not to discuss speculation that's bothering me...what bothers me is why he posted the fact in the first place (now knowing that it wasn't posted in a joking way).

yes, me saying to stop discussing the setup was a nod to the fact that there were no other objective facts than the singular M we're presented with. trying to argue whether there could be masons based on purely conjecture and statistics leads to too many mental gymnastics.
committing to mental gymnastics about setup things you can't prove = less time to find wolfy wolves
