I think the Haku kill happened because it's possible Sanzath and opkiller rolled wolf and so they decided to kill the one person who they knew might be able to read them. Sanz is slightly more experienced than opkiller so I can see him taking the lead in that situation and saying hey let's do this because he knows us so he might be able to get a good read us on because of it

That's why I think opkiller and Sanz might be partners and that's why the Haku kill makes opkiller look more suspicious to me

Oh that's a bit of a weak read, but it checks out in how you've been playing so far, or how you could have set it up to be if you get my drift of why I say that.

Let me explain why I think killing Haku in this game isn't a terrible idea, or in other words, why it hink your scenario of OP / Sanz could be wrong based on the kill alone.

You can kill haku for the following reasons:

1. He was projecting town so hard it hurts. He's screaming town. So they just killed top town. Not the worst play, but PR hunting is a little more important.

2. He generates discussions just by being present. You can kill a lot of the game by killing from the active pile and just wrecking the game by forcing town who wouldn't, to step up. AKA make them uncomfortable.

3. He's not really given the credit he's kinda due. His play may be a jumbled mess but the man tries. He'd arrive at the right answer I feel in most cases even if it's convoluted as to why.

Reasons you don't kill Haku:

Haku kill happened because someone made a pr read on him being frustrated for being townread early when that's exactly what you don't want if you want to live long as a pr. Fortunately they were wrong. It's a very surface level read, i want to say it was made by someone unfamiliar with hakus meta because I don't think Haku pikes his head out that early and goes after me as a pr ever.

I don't think you PR read him in this game. He projected "Hey I'm town" way too hard to be a PR because unless you're the cop with a red check, you really have no reason as PR to act this way here. Unless he caught a PR soft and was covering for them.

Curiously though, are you and CK in the same mindset here? Or do you see something from Haku specifically I missed?
