Having town reads that I don't actually think I should have is rather important imo. I don't really know how important it is to share but if one person has a read it's pretty likely others have the same read so possibly they can help me understand where the read came from.

usually I trust my instincts so I still believe he's town and that's the angle I'm going to evaluate the game from but it's a read that I have to be cautious of

How to explain Haku's meta:

This is normal.

If it's not normal, then we're fucked anyways.

Look somewhere else.

one of two total game relevant comments to say haku's in his range and not a d0 lynch candidate, but unhelpful on actually explaining haku meta when manti wanted people to talk

There was no guessing, I saw that.

The operative phrase was "absurdly stupid".

As in wasn't even trying to toe the line.

Just some inferencing from sunfan's phrasing, but maybe I'm too hard on flash.

FreezinIce is abnormally quiet and his iso doesn't lead to anything that is letting me believe he really cares about the game. It's mostly just principles with minimal interactions.

It's very similar to Turbo XIII if any of you were in that game. It makes me believe he has bad luck with rolls and got wolf again. (He rolled wolf in both the Turbo XIII and Fall of An Empire.)

I agree that LightKnight does feel weird supporting him in that situation.

Does this post bug anyone else? It bugs me.

Soundwave says he knew and had read sunfan's post, then turns around and says "good job on that spotting though".

My spotting was in reference to him trying to enter the thread on the topic of flashflash's death, and ignoring sunfan's previous post.

He then townreads me for my spotting.


This seems like a dichotomy in rational. I don't see how you can say "I did read sunfan's post, but I'll give you points for pointing out I didn't"

well i think he's saying he read the post but he can understand why his post can come off like he might not have

are you taking issue with him using the word "spotting"?

you're referring to your read on manti? i have him as light town for having perceptive things to say about haku and soundwave, without feeling like he's zoning in too hard on them. especially the haku part is useful when several others may cast him aside for already seeming towny enough

This is relatively normal for him based on his recent game @ Fall of An Empire.

FreezinIce/LightKnight/mellonxcollie/tokzic/Dabackpack/roundbox were also in that game and had the opportunity to play with him aside from me.

He's worth keeping an eye on, but he's kinda tricky to evaluate right. I needed a lot of time with him to get a clue that he was actually town in this game and I've been mostly wrong about him by reading by activity/actions/intentions.

What kept him in the game was the activity/game solving intentions, but it's like he was stuck in a bad situation. Well, he can probably explain his own game better himself if that matters.

It's a concession that there's a very limited set of scenarios in which I believe you're wolf at any point in this game. That works in your favor regardless of alignment.

I won't unless it's considered significantly beneficial; self-meta is not well received from me. That being said, describing that game is a perpetual bad situation for me would be accurate, I'd say.
