To get a confirmation, pretty much.

If you're the IC, then cool, nothing will actually change in this current game state.

I'm not lying either, it literally won't. You'll still have the same problem and I'll still have my reads currently, as I'm sure everyone else will continue to have their own reads.

Only difference is probably litodude or whoever is still skeptical of you to finally go "Okay, don't have to worry about THAT guy".

What's the difference between this game and her town game and her wolf game?

I haven't seen a serious analysis about that very fact yet.
