I think it would be best to lynch the guy being universally scumread (indheart)
I feel like we'd be punching ourselves in future phases if he continues to be scummy and we leave him on the backburner

The thought process is very simple.

Who is having some sort of team dynamic in this game?
What is compromising the evolution of this game in terms of solving?
What could these plays be doing?
What if Sunfan/Litodude/Charu were all wolves?

After that, I've read the entire thread telling myself "well, eventually they're going to say something that is W/T within them and my world will break."

I couldn't find that ever.

Looking for a team dynamic is pointless this early.

I could say Haku/Freezin/Raeko are wolves.
You have a team dynamic (both have defended you)
From memory, I'd say there's nothing that is strictly W/T that's been said from among you guys.
That doesn't mean you guys are wolves. It just means your approach to solving is WRONG at this point
