            Normally I'm down with 36/12 since 24 hr nights can make the game drag a bit but in this setup longer nights seem to be needed

                Having longer nights would cause some days to start at midnight and EoD times to be constantly changing . I say Tokz should set an allegiance PM deadline to an hour beore phase end or it gets randoed.

                            But the allegiances are required to resolve the night actions. I can't take them after the phase ends.

                            12h felt like it would be doable but I got half of them after daystart in that phase. It might not be as much as 18h nights, but they will be slightly longer than 12h.
