It's a mini trend that started because of this thread:

Dinglesberry changed his avatar/profile to Ika Musume (Squid Girl) and choof was like:

u gotta change the profile
pmonibuv has had the ika profile for years and youre making a mockery of it
its gota go bub

Eventually a bunch of members decided to change their avatar/profile as well (including me) for the laughs.

I'm not sure where we're going with this trend, but it could be funny to continue it somehow.

I'm assuming waiting to leave a peek until later is better anyways cause townies can have something to base their choice upon and it is less likely for a scum to be peeked

So most likely I'm dumb and everyone should wait until later to leave their peeks, cool

fwiw I don't think holding onto the peek is necessarily better, I just wanted to be different to show people there was more than one way to do this
