Working on some strength training now. Did some working sets on the flat bench today.
4x5 of 225
1x5 of 245.
I did not fail any of my sets..however, I did struggle on the last set with 245.

As some know, I have been dropping my alcohol intake significantly as well - been just limiting myself to drinks about once every three weeks. Feeling healthier, feeling stronger, and look leaner. I noticed that my calories to fluctuate a lot. Some days I can eat easier than others.
