I looked over the file and noticed quite a few things that irked me a little, but the file is super fun.

64.75 - Here given the overall difficulty of the file, making it a 4321 or 1234 pattern or something easier than trills would be better imo.

66.75 - if you listen carefully it's -technically- swung 48th notes, but you previously entered them as 32nds which works better.

69 - there should be a three note descent here instead of two (missing a 64th note)

82.375 - missing a 32nd note hold

89.250 - i'd make this a 2 note jump

90.250 - I think these notes should be closer to the 16th in terms of accuracy (more like 32nd/64ths)

95.875 - there should be a 32nd note here not a 4th

96.625 - missing a 32nd

104.750 - if you're following the lead synth there should be a 16th here and at 105.250

126.250 - 16th vocals note missing

169.250 - missing 16th lead

(this whole following section should have flam notes going to the lead synth if you follow it closely)

192.750 - same thing about the 32nd patterns here, as well as the following 2nd mesure

96.625 - missing a 32nd (I'm honestly not hearing that 32nd on my end. Might be realy faint but I would have to lower the rate to like 50% to actually hear it)

104.750 - if you're following the lead synth there should be a 16th here and at 105.250 (fixed. It's faint, but its audible to be added)

126.250 - 16th vocals note missing (we were both wrong rip. It's actually a 64th)

169.250 - missing 16th lead

(this whole following section should have flam notes going to the lead synth if you follow it closely) (Fixed the 16th, its actually a 32nd flam but not sure if I should scrap the flams since most of the times I'm following the 32nd streams on that part? I'll leave that up to you.

192.750 - same thing about the 32nd patterns here, as well as the following 2nd mesure (Fixed, simplified it from 64ths to 32nds)

Play your file a bunch, and make sure its exactly how you want it to be

Then leave it for a few days, maybe 5 or 6, and go back to it. Fix all the little mistakes that you notice.

Repeat a couple times until you struggle to find something you don't like about it.

Then send it.

And if it's rejected, pay attention to why and learn from it. There is no reason not to send anything or to be intimidated or whatever. If the file isn't what he wants, then it just isn't what he wants. Make the file for yourself first.

^^^ basically this. I don't want people to take rejection personally, it might just not be what I'm looking for. If there's potential in a file I'll 100% help you fix it if need be.

pick a song carefully, make sure it's dynamic and interesting for stepmania.

I remember my first shitty attempt at submitting a file for the pack although I don't share that fact proudly ;3; Although I do say that Kommi was probably a huge influence on actually trying to make not shit files...although that took about...however long ago Xoon 5 was in submissions now kek

Alrighty! Anyhow, I might clean the file up some more if I find a few more errors but yeah, aside from the flams, that 32nd that you pointed out was barely audible even at 50% so I didn't add that note but that might be my headphones since I had to grab a quick $10 from CVS since my last one died haha.

it wasn't super audible but it followed what you were stepping in terms of instrument layering so I thought it would be necessary to add in (I was listening at 50% so it might be a bit of bias)
