I only looked at them, I havent played them yet so idk if a chart is "bad" in the sense that it's just charted amateurishly and still plays well or "bad" in the sense that the chart is bad and was obviously not play tested beforehand

gonna go make some food and play a bit of stepmania but here are a few reviews to keep you guys sad

(rparty) atropos - there was so much stuff going on in the song but you glanced over so much stuff. this would require a completely different approach in order to be accepted. the minimal layering doesn't make much sense at all, the slowdown is more layered than the rest of the chart. the forced jacks during the slowdown made no sense. the almagest-tier ending wasn't as fun as it could have been. dunno maaaaaaaaaaaan probably not salvageable in it's current state.

(antronach) blank space - song is super boring, not entirely sure why you charted this song in particular. the patterns aren't too bad up until maybe the halfway point; then you start layering too heavily. the heavy layering isn't bad but given that you're focusing on quite a few things at once, it starts to be awkward. the 48th thing was dumb as shit, that needs to go. the 24ths were dumb, but those might work if you change patterns around. all in all, not too bad. a bit boring but that's part of the song. the ending needs some work. also as an aside, this won't get played very often as is but if you change patterns up and make them scale well on rates, this'll probably get played more often.

(leonid) blastix riotz - I know that this song is a meme but this is by far the best, most interesting chart I've played for it. blows the yolo chart and the fucking meme minipack charts out of the water. this is way harder than IPLAYTABLETENNIS, but it's justified. the only thing I would recommend is making a separate difficulty with no mines. I'd say to change patterns to make it harder to compensate, but the chart is still hard with no mines. at any rate, accepted.

(blaziken) - chilean national anthem metal version - the 24th solo stream and then the ending were pretty much the only interesting things about this chart. this wasn't charted badly, but this was painfully boring and the song does nothing to redeem it. this song legitimately sounds like it was pulled from newgrounds in 2009.
I don't think that this song nor this chart would fit into this pack. it'd probably be better for you to sit on this for a bit and wait for a different pack to open submissions, or just pass it around to people in the discord to play if they want.
if t-rog want's to veto this decision and put it in the pack, I'm totally up for that. but as is, I don't think this fits at all.

(celirra) - hyena - I wish that this chart wasn't what it was. this is awful, man. I don't even understand the dump approach that you took. dump charts that are done well still have some kind of underlying musical coherency, but fuck, some of the patterns you used make absolutely no sense in any context that I could think of. the right handed 32nd trills, the 48th note 1234321 patterns, the speedup rolls, the colored notes. all of this is a mess. I don't think asking for a "rework" is the right thing to ask for, I think it'd be better to just delete the .sm file and start a brand new chart for this. can't accept this, sorry.

i made most of the chart for please dont remember and i just asked icyworld to make some of the patterns more fun. the grey notes are for the synths in the background which were offset by a 192nd in the waveform so i just put them there

Yeah I've learned that the hard way, oh well it was a good attempt

I've tried 9 other files with FX and only one has turned out decently oops. NoFX is good though; a lot of good underrated SDVX songs.

the creator - wh1teh - this definitely wasn't bad, but I don't think the entire song should have been charted. I think a few patterns could be ironed out tho, I'd have to play it again or watch the stream I did but if memory serves correctly, this was fine.

nostalgia - sunn0glasses - sorry dude, 40 second long intro and then generic jump stream is not what this pack is looking for. also this bootleg is kinda not good anyway.

the immortal scream - wh1teh - hnnnnngh this is a good song and there were definitely patterns here that owned but overall it left a lot to be desired. it just felt like there was so much potential there that you glossed over. I'd really like to see this chart redone to make it more interesting but it's an alright chart right now. I'll accept it as is but I'd recommend that you pull it, make some changes, and release in another pack. also if you do this, hit me up because I want to chart the hell out of this.

mind meaning - azvw - the song choice is boring, leaving a boring chart that requires some dumpiness to be interesting and you decided to just use the same structure for the entirety of the chart with like two sections being interesting. I mean, it's not charted -badly- it's just completely and utterly boring and given the charts that have been accepted already this would be an ugly duckling of sorts.

my shift - james may - song is pretty neat but there are some definite inconsistencies in how you charted things. hi-hat rolls, lack of pitch relevancy, awkward transitions, weird mine usage. this needs a serious look over before it could be accepted.

ruinous ruins - gradi - this was a cute chart, liked some of the minimal approaches you took near the end of the song. I'd have to go back and play it again to see if there were any huge errors but this was fun. accepted

yggdrasil - celirra - yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaah this was definitely better than hyena but when you take into consideration how bad hyena was, this is still pretty awful. sucks, the song owns. I'd like to see some interesting chart for this that's not a dump or is a well-done dump. can't accept this, sorry.
