That's what I got. Hopefully, I can bang out another song for a better score.

Okay, Deadlyx39 and I will be looking into the scores and hopefully have both the Round 3 and Round 4 standings up before the next elimination challenge. Anyways...

            Round 5

Alright, you have survived the first special challenge. Now, you will have to face your second special challenge. I am reviving another challenge from the 1st POst-Official Team Tournament (to some extent), and here it is:

Your goal (as a team) is to try to reach the magic number of....9,000 Perfects! However, there are a few changes to it:

            - First of all, this time, you do NOT have to AAA the song(s) you choose; however, you still need to pass the song to get the Perfects.

            - For those players that think that 2,000+ songs is not enough...how about having 5,000+ more songs to choose from? That's right....you have the opyion of using the FFRMania engine for this round, and here is the link for it:

FFRMania Engine (You don't have to use it for this round, but, you might need this engine for a later round, and also if someone could find the spreadsheets that lists the difficulties in the FFRMania engine for me, that would be nice.)

            - However, there is one caveat to this round. The FFR Community has pretty much ignored the Index players (yes, I still play Index style on FFR. Don't judge me for it, please). FFR is now primarily a spread/split based play styles, and discourages many of the new/beginning players from practically improving/playing the game at all. For this round, the restriction is that each team must have a minimum of 1 Index-based chart submitted in the scores (can be of any division, but don't pick a song that is extremely easy for Index-players). You don't have to play Index style, but, at least one division in each team should have an Index-based chart in their scores for this round (If you want to basically flame and insult me for this caveat, then go on ahead and do so now. There is a reason why I did this caveat, but it is not because I hate all of you (I really care for all of you, I truly do.))

            1st - 75,000 Credits
            2nd - 37,500 Credits
            3rd - 15,000 Credits
            4th - 7,500 Credits

This round will conclude on Tuesday, November 15th, 2016 @ 11:59:59 PM Server Time

Good Luck, and please stay safe.

So with this round, is it one song entry per player? And we can submit as many times as we want? (Meaning, we keep the highest score of course).

I prefer if it is one song per entry; however should submit a different song towards the count, I will take the score which has a better percentage of combined Amazing and Perfects of the two different songs. The only case that I would keep the lower proportion is if your team's total Perfect count is already at or over 9,000. Keep in mind that one of your teammates must submit a score in which the chart is Index-based play style.

Yep. One of our team mates is an index player, so we've got no problems there. So we have to submit a score of exactly 9,000...? If we don't get the exact total does it not count or?

I would assume that the closest team to 9000 notes gets first, the next closest gets second and so on

Okay. Which of your teammates is the Index player? I want to challenge him/her to an Index Battle! XD

As far as the ranking goes for this round, if a team gets at 9,000 perfects, that team is automatically first. If a team is...let's say, 217 perfects under the goal, then that would be placed higher a different team that is 217 perfects over the goal.

basically, the placings 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc is who gets the closest to 9000 perfects.

edit: also, what the hell does index-based chart mean?

Index-based chart is a chart that is designed to be played on Index style or on the dance pad, or a chart that is strongly favorable to be played on Index play style. Also, if you are going to use the FFRMania engine, then go to the Arcade category. That is where you will find it easier to find Index-based charts.

Should there maybe be a list (ish) of index based charts? How are we supposed to know if we're playing the right chart or not? Hah

As far as a list goes, for FFRMania, the songs listed under the Tachyon packs (Tachyon Alpha, Beta, Delta, etc.) are your go-tos in this round. The official FFR songlist, however, I can't really help much there as I don't know a whole lot of the charts that are Index-based/Index friendly. Some of the ones I can give you as examples are Vertex BETA, Flight of the Bumblebee, AIM Anthem (One-handed play friendly, but strongly favors Index as well), Club (Debatable, but feels Index friendly), and Monstrous Turtles (Again, debatable).
