Having said that, your post looks solid mechanically. There's obviously no harm in you claiming if you're who you say you are, since you're bulletproof.

The only point of discussion where the could be any contention would be with the cop claim, but that would be more of a late game situation anyway. At least in the early going, your assessment makes sense.
