Did it? You were town last game, with weak posting. You go out of your way to reference last game's weak posting in this game, with the reason why it was so difficult finding a place to say what you wanted to say.

Can you understand why a wolf would also have an incentive to establish precedent as "weak-posting town" in a new game?

The checks are of limited usefulness, since only one person can actually be the seer. But at the least, it allows the seer to put an actual result out without being immediately outed, and it forces everyone to sort of account for their result. The actual benefit of this whole exercise probably won't materialize until later in the game, but that doesn't mean it won't turn out to help later on.

Cause I don't want to have to remember the checks. If you're asking why I care about the checks in the first place, that's because it's probably a decent strategy to avoid lynching players who have been checked unless you have a decent scumread on 'em.

it's actually not as bad of a strategy as it sounds, because assuming that the seer actually outed their check then one of those people is actually confirmed

but if there are too many checks then obviously it's less valuable

Ok gotta go now. The only person I wouldn't want to lynch tonight is Precarious.

These aren't reads, but just based on my feelings and perception of tone and intention provided so far, I don't like Haku, juckter, and R.E., in that order but maybe with juckter and Haku tied.

DFR needs to post more. He tends to post a good amount as town, and he's been conspicuously absent since his initial two posts.

I don't think I'll have a read on AA either way this phase, considering that I completely misread him last game. I'd rather wait for more info before trying to read him.

I don't know James May, so I can't come to a conclusion there either.
