banks had a version of the neighbor in his States fungame recently and someone from all-stars tried to do the scenario I'm outlining

it didn't work

it really could've worked if they had chosen a better person to use it on, is my point, and I think that that is the general consensus that was reached in the postgame.

thinking about it more, it aligns with my expectations of Shadow's play after the OOTC game, in that he's manipulating people (this case it's really subtle) to get information from people

I haven't seen his wolf game and it's possible he's just being vague to test the waters with everyone else's responses to his push but atm that's not where I'm at
