Keep this up and you will end up with tendinitis. You are stretching and causing micro tears in the tendons that reach from your elbow to your hand, which leads to inflammation and compression on the nerves, especially the median nerve.
The only reason i know all this is because i have tendonitis currently and am having to take a break from gaming to let my arms and wrists heal. I also know how hard it is to force yourself to take a break, especially if you are improving well, as i was before this happened to me, but your arms/wrists are more important than your improvement, and no you are not invisible, the more you play through the pain, the more damage you will do.

but after a couple weeks my hands hurt pretty bad. I took a few days off and now only play about 25-50 games a day and my hands/forearms feel minimal pain. So yeah pretty much what everyone else said lol take a break or play less games per day. If you play spread maybe try different setups, I'm currently using ZX23 and it feels pretty comfortable to me.
