The jumptrills aren't the main issue, the transitions in/out of them and there's some other jank in there too

how can it be THAT bad though, there's no way
beginning of the jumptrill has a 4 note one handed trill 4 times in the entire file, the rest just start with [12][34]
then the end of the jumptrills just remove a finger then hit a hand at the end
